A knee splint is a simple device used to treat injury. It is designed to completely immobilize the knee, similar to a plaster cast.
It can be used following patella dislocation or any other injury where having the knee completely straight aids recovery.
They are inexpensive, easily removable and often more comfortable than a cast.
